Journal Advances of Nutrition Science and Technology
ISSN number: 2709-653X
The Journal Advances of Nutrition Science and Technology (ANST) is the official publication for the association of horticulture, chemist, botanist, analytical, biophysical, photochemical and photo-biological and organometallic food scientists and technologists of International Scientist Forum (ISTF).
It started publications in 2021 and is dedicated to the advancement of science and technology. Hopefully, the journal will act as a platform for young and experienced scientists who will enjoy the latest research and technology on one forum. The ANST is a Pakistan based journal which will provide the opportunity to national and international scientists to work with an international community and extend their work in every part of the world. This journal will quarterly publish peer-reviewed research articles, reports, and reviews in all branches of science and technology, food quality-related, packaging of food, and other food products. The peer-reviewed process will be completed by highly qualified selected panels of international referees to ensure reviews are completed rapidly and achieve the highest standards. For this purpose, an International Editorial Board and Advisory Board have been appointed. The journal will also welcome new perspectives in handling applications for processing food and active compounds involved in the preservation of food and drugs.
Journal Advances of Nutrition Science and Technology is an open access journal. All articles are immediately available to read and reuse upon publication.
