Journal Advances of Nutrition Science and Technology (ANST)is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research, reviews, and scholarly contributions in nutrition science, food science, nutritional biochemistry, dietetics, nutraceuticals, food technology, and related areas of biomedical and life sciences; published by Chem Publishers.
The journal publishes original research articles, review articles, short communications, and other scholarly contributions that meet the journal’s scientific, methodological, ethical, and editorial standards. All manuscripts undergo editorial assessment and external double- blind peer review before a publication decision is made. To support this process, we have established an International Editorial Board and Advisory Board.
