To submit a complaint, please follow these steps:

  • Contact the Editorial Office: Email us at editor_anst@chempublishers.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 working days.
  • Provide Complaint Details: Include detailed information and any relevant documentation about your complaint. We will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation.
  • Response: We aim to resolve complaints within 15 working days. If we cannot meet this timeframe, we will explain the delay and provide an estimated resolution date.

Appeals

An appeal is a request to reconsider a decision made by the Journal’s editors, such as a manuscript rejection or revision request. Common reasons for appeals include:

  • Discontent with editorial decisions, such as manuscript rejections or requests for major revisions
  • Allegations of bias or misconduct by reviewers or editors
  • Conflicts concerning authorship or attribution

  • Provide Appeal Details: Include detailed information and any relevant documentation about your appeal. We will conduct a thorough and fair investigation.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to maintaining confidentiality and privacy. Information about your complaint or appeal will be shared only with individuals necessary for investigation and resolution. We will not disclose your identity without your consent except as required by law.

The Journal Advances of Nutrition Science and Technology will acknowledge receipt of the appeal or complaint and will investigate the matter with guidance from the  Committee on Publication Ethics, as appropriate.
