Refund Policy

The Pakistan Journal of Chemistry does not provide refunds for print journal subscriptions. Once the subscription fee is paid, it is non-refundable. However, subscribers will continue to receive all remaining print issues for the duration of the subscription period.

Claims Policy

Claims for missing print issues must be submitted within two months from publication or order date.

Change of Address

To process address change requests more efficiently, please include your current mailing label or order number along with your new address details. Kindly note that it may take six to eight weeks for the update to take effect.
