PJC offers the following policies

Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing a positive experience for our print subscribers. If you need to cancel your print journal subscription, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team via editor_pjc@chempublishers.com with your subscription details, including your name, subscription number, and cancellation reason.

Please be aware that subscription payments are non-refundable 14 days after the dispatch of the first issue.

 Refund Policy

The Pakistan Journal of Chemistry does not issue refunds for print subscriptions. Once the subscription fee is paid, it is non-refundable. Subscribers will, however, continue to receive all remaining print issues for the subscription period.

Claims Policy

Claims for missing print issues must be made within two months from the publication or order date (whichever is later).

Agency Discount

We offer a 20% discount for agencies, though this discount does not apply to payments made via credit or debit card.

Please ensure that complete end-user address information is necessary for all orders, even when delivery is directed to a consolidated shipping address.

Change of Address

To update your address, please include the current mailing label or order number along with a notification for your new address. Address changes may take 6-8 weeks to process.

How to Subscribe

To subscribe to the print edition of the Pakistan Journal of Chemistry, please place your order via email: editor_pjc@chempublishers.com 

How to Order a Single Copy

Single print issues, including back and recent issues (subject to stock availability), can be ordered by contacting the editorial office via email: editor_pjc@chempublishers.com. Include the journal name, volume number, and issue number in your request. We will check availability and send an invoice if a print copy is available.

Delivery Terms for Print Subscriptions

Print editions of the Journal will be shipped directly to the institution. The institution is responsible for covering the standard shipping costs. We will clearly highlight the applicable shipping charges during the ordering process to ensure transparency.

Subscription Details

Subscriptions are for one calendar year (January – December) and do not automatically renew unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We will contact subscribers at least 28 days before the end of the current period to offer renewal options and provide the renewal price. If you choose not to renew, the subscription will end at the end of the current term, and it will be considered cancelled.

Subscriptions cannot be terminated before the end of the subscription period, though either party may terminate with immediate effect for a material breach of terms.

Pricing and Payment

Prices indicated on invoices are final, with separate charges for postage and handling. If there are any price changes announced before an order is received, the new prices will apply.

Payment is required upon receipt of the invoice unless alternative terms have been agreed upon. All payments must be made by October 1st for the following subscription year or as per the invoice received.

All bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
