T<span class=\"s1\">he Author retains the right to use their Article for a wide range of purposes, and it requires no fee from the Author<\/span>. It typically specifies which version of the Article can be archived (e.g., preprint, accepted manuscript, or published version). The submitted version of the Article may be self-archived without delay, and the accepted version of the Article may be self-archived after the prohibition period.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>Self-Archiving Policy at Journal Advances of Nutrition Science and Technology<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">At the <i>Journal Advances of Nutrition Science and Technology<\/i>, we promote for open access and encourage authors to share their work through self-archiving. Authors are allowed to deposit both preprints and post-prints of their articles in institutional or subject repositories, as well as on their personal websites and social media profiles, as long as they provide proper attribution to the <i>Journal Advances of Nutrition Science and Technology<\/i> and include the Article&#8217;s DOI.<\/p><h4><b>Guidelines for Self-Archiving:<\/b><\/h4><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><b>Preprints:<\/b> Authors may upload preprints of their articles to preprint servers like\u00a0arXiv\u00a0\u00a0or\u00a0bioRxiv before or at the time of submission to our Journal. After peer review and acceptance, authors can update preprints with the final version of their Article.<\/li><li class=\"li1\"><b>Post-prints:<\/b> After publication in the <i>Journal Advances of Nutrition Science and Technology,<\/i> authors can deposit post-prints in institutional and subject repositories, as well as on their personal websites and social media. Post-prints may include the final version of the Article but should exclude the publisher&#8217;s layout or formatting.<\/li><li class=\"li1\"><b>Prohibition Periods:<\/b> We do not impose prohibition periods on self-archiving. However, authors should verify with their funding bodies or institutions to ensure they meet any relevant policies.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><b>When self-archiving, authors should include the following details:<\/b><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">The Article&#8217;s DOI and citation information, including the journal name, volume, issue, and page numbers.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Link to the Article Published on the website of the ANST<\/li><li class=\"li1\">A statement acknowledging that the Article was published in the Journal Advances of Nutrition Science and Technology, along with a link to the Journal&#8217;s website.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Self-archiving enhances the visibility and impact of research, and we encourage authors to utilize this option.
