This journal will quarterly publish peer-reviewed research articles, reports, and reviews in all branches of science and technology, food quality-related, packaging of food, and other food products. The peer-reviewed process will be completed by highly qualified selected panels of international referees to ensure reviews are completed rapidly and achieve the highest standards. For this purpose, an International Editorial Board and Advisory Board have been appointed.
