The article particularly emphasizes their legal frameworks, advanced recycling technologies of waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) treatment processing methods, and stakeholders&#8217; participation strategies. We have technologically innovative Japan, which concentrates on resource recovery, and Germany, which offers free disposal services for single waste fractions (co-collection) in contrast to their centralized coordination. Both countries achieve high recycling rates but encounter challenges such as device complexity and illegal waste trade. Adopting advanced technologies, developing international collaboration, and bringing policy reformations like reinforced EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) systems that reward recycling is essential. Furthermore, it is recommended that the e-waste at the national level be managed by using the experience and practices of these countries as a template that could be the way forward towards global e-waste management with sustainability.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"item abstract\"><h3 class=\"label\">How to Cite this paper?<\/h3><div class=\"csl-entry\"><p><strong>APA-7 Style<\/strong><\/p><p>Akbar S., Bibi A. &amp; Zia A.
