First step includes the synthesis of4-(2-(arylsulfamoyl) ethyl)morpholine, 3a-d,by reaction of(1) andarylsulfonyl chlorides, 2a-d, in water under definite pH control by 10% Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>. In the second step, the molecules 3a-d were converted to 6a-d and 7a-don reaction with 2-chlorobenzyl chloride (4) and 4-bromobenzyl bromide(5), respectively, in DMF in the presence of NaH.
