Bevacizumab and irinotecan are found to be<br>effective in the treatment of recurrent glioblastoma. The present review covers investigations made on the mentioned drugs in the<br>past decade. As compared to other chemotherapeutic agents, the drugs have shown greater activity and overall survival when used<br>as monotherapeutic agents or in combination with other drugs.
