Then treated with aminoguanidines \/ thiourea afforded 2-hydrizino substituted 5, 6, 7, 8-tetrahydro quinazoline (D<sub>1-8<\/sub>)\/ 2-mercapto substituted 5, 6, 7, 8-tetrahydro quinazoline derivatives (E<sub>1-8<\/sub>). The structures of newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by spectral data (IR, H<sup>1<\/sup>NMR, C\u00a0<sup>13<\/sup>NMR, Mass spectra and Elemental analysis).The synthesized compounds were also evaluated for their anthelimentic activity using earth worms of nearly equal size (8 cm\u00b11) were selected randomly for present study and Albendazole was used as reference standard.
