Measurements were recorded under pseudo first order conditions. The rate of electron transfer reaction between these reactants was measured by varying pH and ionic strength, between 2.5-3.0 and 0.01-0.05 M respectively. It was found that pH directly influenced the k1 and values were found to be 111.8, 193.7, 344.7 478.93 mol<sup>-1<\/sup>\u00a0dm 3 s<sup>-1<\/sup>\u00a0at pH 3.2, 3.0, 2.8, 2.5 respectively.
